2026 Atira Hotels Conference: Connecting, Learning, and Moving Forward Together

The 2026 Atira Hotels Annual Conference brought together leaders from across our hotel portfolio and management team for three meaningful days of connection, collaboration, and shared vision. Hosted last week at Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook, the conference reflected our ongoing commitment to Empowering Our People, Enriching Our Culture.

Throughout the conference, attendees participated in engaging presentations led by the Atira executive and corporate teams, along with guest speakers from across the hospitality industry. Sessions focused on performance, operations, and planning for the year ahead, while encouraging open dialogue and idea-sharing across teams. Industry partners and hospitality technology representatives also shared insights that support continued operational excellence.

A highlight of the event was the return of motivational speaker Christine Trippi. Her message on leadership, service, and mindset resonated strongly with attendees, including her reminder that in hospitality, “yes is the answer.” We were also pleased to welcome executives from the Marriott Hotels team, whose presentation offered valuable perspective and sparked meaningful discussion.

Outside the meeting room, the conference emphasized teamwork and relationship-building. Attendees enjoyed a friendly bocce ball team activity and a group dinner filled with great conversations, creating opportunities to connect across hotels and departments.
