A Strong Start to the Year for Atira Hotels

Atira Hotels is proud to share a strong start to the year, with recognition from Marriott International for performance across our managed portfolio.

Across our Marriott portfolio, Atira Hotels achieved 15% RevPAR growth in January and February, with index growth increasing 16 points to nearly 110, outperforming the system average. Guest satisfaction also continued to improve, with Intent to Recommend reaching nearly 63% through March, up 3.5 points year over year.

These results reflect the focus and dedication of our teams and the strength of operations across the portfolio.
