This accomplishment represents the first time the property has reached this level of performance and stands as a true reflection of the team’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
The achievement is especially meaningful given the hotel’s active renovation. Under the leadership of Director of Housekeeping Fidelia and Housekeeping Supervisor Charlotte, the housekeeping team has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain exceptional standards. Despite daily contractor activity, common areas have remained spotless, and newly renovated guestrooms have been thoroughly cleaned and guest-ready, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.
This milestone highlights the impact of strong leadership, disciplined execution, and teamwork at the property level. It also reflects the operational standard set by General Manager Ross Guthrie, whose leadership continues to drive performance during a period of transformation and growth.
