Standing with Families Through Atira Cares

Atira Cares is proud to support the Rush University Medical Center's Adopt A Family Program, an initiative that stands beside families who are working hard to overcome financial or health challenges.

When our team member, Jacki, chose to help a family of three through By The Hand, Atira Cares matched their contribution to ensure this family felt supported and cared for during a difficult time.

“It’s always so important to me to think of others during the holiday season. When my husband and I decided to “adopt a family” this year, I knew Atira would support the cause and generously donated a gift card for the family to purchase groceries,” stated Jacki.

What matters most to us is giving in a way that honors each family’s dignity and reminds them they are not alone. Programs like Adopt A Family make it possible to meet people where they are and offer encouragement that truly matters.

We believe that compassion grows when it is shared, and we remain committed to doing our part one family, one act of support, and one partnership at a time.
