Atira Hotels Announces Promotion of Adolf Mondaca to Vice President of Operations
Atira Hotels is proud to announce the promotion of Adolf Mondaca to Vice President of Operations, strengthening our executive leadership across the portfolio.
Adolf brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience in full-service and select-service hotel operations, with deep expertise in Marriott-branded assets.
Most recently serving as Regional Director of Operations, he provided above-property oversight for nine Marriott-branded hotels representing approximately $40 million in annual room revenue.
Throughout his career, Adolf has led complex hotel operations, overseen portfolios exceeding $150 million in annual revenue, and partnered closely with ownership groups to drive RevPAR growth, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
His experience includes hotel transitions, renovations, union environments, and receivership assignments, along with certification in Marriott above-property programs and tools.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong owner and brand relationships, Adolf brings disciplined financial management and operational excellence aligned with Marriott’s service culture and standards.
