Atira Hotels Earns Marriott Topline Activator Recognition for Third Consecutive Quarter

Atira Hotels has been recognized by Marriott International as a Top Performing Franchise Management Company in the Q2 2026 Topline Activator Score, an honor awarded to FMCs operating 11 to 20 MSB hotels in the United States. It is the third consecutive quarter the company has earned the distinction.

Marriott's Topline Activator Score evaluates how effectively Franchise Management Companies deploy Marriott's systems, tools, and resources to drive topline performance across their portfolios. The measure rewards disciplined execution rather than a single strong month, which makes a three-quarter run a reflection of process as much as performance.

A Quarter of Broad-Based Growth

Across the Atira Hotels Marriott portfolio, the second quarter produced gains in every metric the award tracks.

  • RevPAR growth of 16.38% over the prior year

  • RGI growth of 7.8%, indicating share captured above the competitive set

  • Group Index response rate of 383.7%

The RevPAR figure reflects a healthy demand environment, but the RGI movement is the number that speaks to execution. Growing revenue in a rising market is one outcome. Growing faster than the competitive set while doing it is another, and that gap is where the revenue and sales teams made the difference.

What Drove the Results

The quarter came down to three disciplines applied consistently across the portfolio.

Rate discipline paired with occupancy growth. Rather than trading rate for volume, the revenue management team held pricing integrity while building occupancy, allowing both sides of the RevPAR equation to contribute.

Full use of the Marriott toolset. The Topline Activator Score exists to measure exactly this. The team leaned into Marriott's demand generation, distribution, and revenue systems rather than treating them as background infrastructure, and the score reflects that engagement.

Responsiveness on group business. A Group Index response rate of 383.7% points to a sales organization that treats inbound group opportunity as a priority rather than a queue, which compounds over a quarter into meaningful share gains.

The Team Behind the Numbers

The recognition belongs to the revenue and sales professionals who set the strategy and the on-property teams who executed it every day.

Jessica Koops, Director of Revenue Management

Sarah Houchens, Revenue Manager

Lisa Mitchell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Carmie Antongiovanni, Regional Director of Sales

Kathryn Alioto, Regional Director of Sales

Adil Demir, Regional Director of Sales

Sustained recognition across three quarters is the product of a repeatable operating approach, not a favorable stretch of the calendar. As the portfolio moves into the second half of 2026, that approach carries forward.

Atira Hotels extends its thanks to Marriott International for the recognition and to every associate whose work is represented in these results.
