Team members have the opportunity to nominate their favorite non-profit organizations. Whether an organization holds a special meaning or importance for a Team Member, or a Team Member shows initiative to sponsor an activity to raise money for a charity of their choice - Atira will support their Team Member by awarding a grant to the chosen charity.
As a higher incentive to push more philanthropic endeavors, Atira Hotels will match funds raised by a Team Members' chosen charity event.
There's nothing like a little friendly competition for a good cause! Atira Managers will choose a charity to raise money in their community. Whichever hotel raises the most money for charity gets a surprise for their team, matching contributions made by team members to the charity, and of course...bragging rights.

Calling all smart cookies! We want to reward the children of our Team Members who exhibit extraordinary academic excellence. With the Great-Grade bonus, children of employees in grades 6-12 can earn gift cards for their great grades, so bring your "A" game, kids...get it?
Atira Hotels knows the importance of education. We also know that it can be super costly. That's why we want to offer scholarship grants toward tuition for employees and their children. Both part-time and full-time employees qualify.
