Atira Hospitality, LLC Chicago Seeks Manager of Operations

This position will develop operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters; Maintain working relationships with directors to ensure effective coordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives; Evaluate overall company performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; Advise on all issues relating to operational functions and work directly with President; Develop policies and procedures to ensure safe and healthy working environments across all company locations; Direct and coordinate actions across the organization; Communicate with heads of HR/Sales/ Marketing Dept to ensure company compliance;

Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations; Manage banking/accounting and cash, and handle sensitive banking information; Audit operating accounts; Manage 3rd party systems and resources, and tax compliance and reporting.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Procurement with 3 years of Business Management, Applied Management or related.
Wage: $91,000.00 dollars per year
